I am widowed due to sudden loss. Through my journey of grief, I experienced post-traumatic GROWTH and know that all people can experience growth in their own lives.
Decision-making, a hallmark of my coaching process, served me well as I navigated bereavement, health challenges (yep! I even had a benign brain tumor removed), and the launching of my 3 children into adulthood.
My outlook has been reframed with a new view.
I've lived the full human experience and am driven to help you with yours.
I have numerous coaching certifications (everything from happiness to grief) equipping me to show you how to overcome any obstacle so you can thrive at home, work, and play.

I believe the Good News that I am a child of God. My current circumstance, whether I perceive it whole or broken, does not determine my acceptance. Jesus did the work of approval for me when He died on the cross, and now I get to live in response to His great love. Because of His unconditional love for me, I am motivated to love others unconditionally.

My mission here is to help people understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to experience abundance in their relationships at home, work, and play.
